ColdTech™ Series

How long does it take for the setup?

Everything can be done within <30 minutes. Just pump the bucket, connect the hoses, fill in the water, plug in & play.

Do I need to clean the ice bucket before use?

Before first use, rinse the inside of the bucket with water and mild soap to ensure the water remains clean and free of debris.

What is the ideal temperature for an ice bath?

Your ice bath temperature should be below 60°F (15.5°C). We recommend starting gradually to allow your body to adapt to colder temperatures and slowly build tolerance over time. Beginners should start at around 60°F and gradually lower the temperature over multiple sessions. More experienced ice bathers typically prefer temperatures between 40-50°F (4-10°C) as their bodies become more accustomed to the cold.

How long should I stay in the ice bath?

We recommend full immersion for 3-5 minutes, depending on your body’s response to the cold. Beginners should start with shorter sessions at higher temperatures (around 60°F) and gradually increase duration as they become more comfortable.

How do I clean and maintain the Ice Bucket?

The Ice Bucket requires minimal maintenance. We recommend changing the water every 1-2 weeks, or as needed based on frequency of use. You can maintain water cleanliness by properly replacing the filter or cleaning the built-in filter screen.

What about the chiller?

The COLDTECT™ Chiller Core and Chiller Ultra are now available for purchase.
This product is not intended for medical use and should not be used as such. Consult your doctor before use. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children. Always have a partner present during use. Use at your own risk. For any questions regarding medical conditions and proper treatment, always seek advice from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

Which should I buy—Ice Bucket Air, Pro, or Max?

Each Ice Bucket is unique in its own way. When choosing the best one for you, consider climate, accessibility, and how you plan to use it. The Ice Bucket Air is lightweight and ideal for on-the-go use. The Ice Bucket Pro is upgraded with thicker and taller walls for prolonged cold retention, making it another great option. The Ice Bucket Max is longer and thicker, providing a more comfortable seated position.

Do I need to purchase a bucket separately?

No. Both the Chiller Core and Chiller Ultra models come bundled with a compatible bucket.

What is the main difference between chiller Core and Chiller Ultra?

They all have the same high-quality construction and advanced functions, ensuring the provision of high-quality ice bath functions for use. They can all be lowered to a minimum temperature of 3 degrees.

Chiller Core(0.3HP) offers a slower cooling performance, reducing the temperature from 23°C to 12°C around 5 hours, making it suitable for personal use and in cold regions.

The Chiller Ultra(1HP) features highly efficient cooling performance, reducing the temperature from 23°C to 12°C around 1.5 hours. It is suitable for commercial use and in hot regions. (The cooling time depends on several factors, such as ambient temperature, water volume, sunlight, etc.”)

Can I put chiller&bucket outdoor?

Sure! Our products can be placed both indoors and outdoors. However, we suggest placing the equipment in a concealed area to minimize wear and tear and extend its service life.At the same time, excessively high temperatures can also affect the rate of temperature drop.

WarmTech™ Series

What is an infrared sauna and how does it differ from a traditional sauna?

Infrared Sauna
Infrared saunas use far-infrared rays to directly heat the body rather than relying on hot air to transfer heat. Key features include:
· Heating method: Infrared waves penetrate the skin's surface, warming tissues from within for gentle heating.
· Temperature range: Lower ambient temperatures provide more comfortable sessions, ideal for heat-sensitive users.
· Energy efficiency: Direct body heating consumes less energy, making it suitable for home use.

Traditional Sauna (e.g., Finnish sauna)
Traditional saunas heat rocks via electric/gas stoves or wood fire, with optional steam from water pouring:
· Heating method: High-temperature air (70-100°C/158-212°F) and steam create intense heat.
· Humidity: Adjustable (dry or wet sessions) by adding water.
· Installation: Some models require high-voltage power and longer preheating.

What temperature range does the sauna offer?

The sauna operates at 30-65°C (86-149°F) and features an intuitive LCD touchscreen for customizable temperature/session duration. Our carbon-fiber infrared heating system delivers efficient, full-body warmth from all angles. Unlike traditional saunas that rely on external heat, infrared warms you from the inside out.

Can the sauna be installed outdoors?

No. This unit is designed for indoor use only. The wood lacks weatherproofing, and electrical components (including the power board) are not waterproof. For safety, strictly indoor installation is required.

Health benefits of sauna use?

· Enhances quality of life
· Relieves muscle soreness
· Boosts metabolism
· Reduces joint pain
· Improves skin health and sleep
· Promotes stress relief and relaxation

Who should avoid saunas?

· Recent heart attack/stroke patients
· Severe aortic stenosis
· Individuals with hypotension or pregnant women
· Children (poor thermoregulation)
Note: Consult a doctor before use if consuming alcohol or with uncertain health conditions.

Recommended session duration?

Beginners should start with 10-20 minutes at lower temperatures, gradually increasing as tolerated. Always listen to your body, avoid overheating, and stay hydrated.

How often can I use the sauna?

For general wellness: 3-4 sessions weekly. Daily use is possible but requires attention to bodily responses to prevent overexertion.

Does the sauna require maintenance?

Wipe interior surfaces after each use. Clean exterior wood periodically with a damp cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners to prevent wood damage.

Can I bring my phone into the sauna?

Not recommended. High heat/humidity may damage electronics and disrupt the relaxation experience.

Important Notes: Do not wear jewelry (e.g., bracelets, rings) made of gold, silver, or other metals inside the sauna. Avoid placing volatile items such as medications, alcohol, or flammable substances in the sauna. After use, the control panel may emit a beeping sound—this is normal and indicates the session has ended. For safety reasons, electronic devices powered by lithium batteries (e.g., phones, smartwatches) are prohibited inside the sauna during operation.
