We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in:

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

SuperCover is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

6. Damages or Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for documentation.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. Re-shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
