1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition

  • Is returned with original packaging and accessories

  • Is not listed under non-returnable items (see below)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used personal care or health-related products

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email supercover@qq.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund as appropriate.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the status via email

  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
